These earrings are chef's kiss. Size was ideal: noticeable without being comedy sized. People keep asking if they're real, which I'm choosing to take as a compliment. Gets a lot of wear, which is the real test.

The Marea Sculpted Tapered Hoop Earrings do exactly what I needed: adds a bit of sparkle without taking over. No marking as yet, and I'm prone to that. okay, the marea hoops are very good! they have that kind of heirloom-y feel without looking costume-y. nicely made; no rough edges. love the hoop shape, it's honestly the thing that makes them feel a bit special. my dentist of all people asked where i got them, which never happens. already bookmarked a couple more bits on my wishlist, which is dangerous. a keeper.

My new earrings are a little smaller than I thought, so bear that in mind.

My daughter suggested this shop and I will certainly return. They look equally nicely alone or with my silver bits. The only slight reservation would be that the hoop is rather fine, though this is in keeping with the design. Extremely impressed overall.
